Cancellation Policy

Room bookings

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a one-night charge.

Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

No-shows

In case of a no-show, the booking amount is non-refundable.

Events, weddings and banquets

Event booking advances are subject to the agreed cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Bookings made through travel websites

If you booked through an online travel agency, that agency's cancellation terms apply. Please contact them directly.
